The $POOK token plays a crucial role in the Pookiez ecosystem as it is used to pay for all products, services, and mechanics within the ecosystem. Additionally, it will also function as a form of currency in the future game.

Steady token emission

NFT staking locks token emission at a certain amount per month, resulting in a steady growth of token supply and predictable token inflation.

If there are fewer NFTs staked, the locked amount of tokens released each month will be distributed among a smaller pool of NFT holders, resulting in a higher yield for each individual holder.

Essences

The rewards for staking will include a certain amount of $POOK tokens. Additionally, players will have a 50% chance to earn one of the four essences every 24 rolling hours. The chance and rewards are determined by the duration of the stake and the rarity of the Pookiez NFT staked.

Additionally, players will be able to stake multiple NFTs at the same time and earn more rewards and increase their chances of earning the essences.
